  • Yes. I offer secure remote bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online, AnyDesk, and other encrypted platforms.

  • If you are located in Cloverdale, CA or Sonoma County/North Bay, in-person meetings can be arranged upon request.

  • I primarily use QuickBooks Online but can assist with QuickBooks Desktop, Wave, and other tools if needed.

SERVICES & SUPPORT

  • Monthly bookkeeping, cleanup & catch-up work, payroll management, AP/AR, job costing, 1099s, budgeting, personal financial organization, QuickBooks setup, and custom reporting.

  • Yes. I offer personal financial organization, budgeting, and monthly tracking.

  • Depending on your plan, we can meet weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Email and text support are included based on your package.

  • Absolutely. Cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping is one of my specialties. Whether you're months or years behind, I can bring everything current.

    • $850–$1,200/month — Full Service

  • Yes — special projects and advisory sessions are billed at $135/hour.

  • Bank/credit card statements, QuickBooks access, payroll info (if applicable), previous tax returns and any previous bookkeeping files.

  • Most businesses onboard within 1–2 weeks depending on complexity.

SECURITY & DATA PROTECTION

  • Yes. I use encrypted, secure platforms including QuickBooks Online and AnyDesk to protect your financial data.

  • Yes. I provide full confidentiality and can sign NDAs on request.

PAYROLL & TAX

  • I do not file income tax returns, but I prepare your books to be fully tax-ready and work closely with your CPA if needed.

  • Yes. I manage payroll or help with setup using platforms like QuickBooks and Gusto.

  • Yes — I prepare and file 1099s for your contractors.
